Communication plays a central role in this - our morning standup held daily at 10am is designed to advise your peers what you are doing for the day, where you are having problems and need help and what assistance you need around putting another set of eyes on your deployment. Regular project meetings are held internally and with the clients, to clarify outcomes, focus delivery and ensure quality.

This aspect of quality control and iterative feedback is integral in every web project we have, with constant review, cross checking and revisiting stakeholder goals and business needs against the delivered products that are being worked upon.

Understanding of what is being done each moment we are on a project is pursued to ensure that the delivery is low risk, meets your requirements and is one which we can justifiably add to our portfolio, with the knowledge that we gained the very best result for the parameters which were agreed from the onset.
