October 2005 saw Sage, Interact Commerce and Act! merge to form Sage CRM representing well known Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software suites Act! and SalesLogix. Key deliverables were to present a unified branding using the newly revised corporate style guide and to sell more products online.
- The site reflects the 'look and feel' of the Sage CRM brand adapted for the interactive medium
- The site has a product wizard which assists users in selecting the best product suited to their business requirements
- Multiple browsing styles are catered for with use of an A-Z site index, breadcrumb navigation and search facility
The website was redeveloped from scratch to showcase the company's range of products in an informative, useful and engaging manner for a wide user audience of both end users and distribution channel partners. Revision of the Information Architecture played a significant role in streamlining the existing content and presentation of the suite of products. Sage CRM are delighted with the results and continue to work with Areeba to improve their online presence.
